◆个人简历

刘韫滔,博士,博士后,副教授,江南大学博士毕业,美国塔夫兹大学博士联合培养,中国食品科学技术学会青年工作委员会委员,上海金桥农产品有限公司引进人才。第一作者及通讯作者发表SCI论文31篇(总影响因子超80;其中一区12篇,二区18篇),包括Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Food & function、Carbohydrate Polymer、Journal of Functional Foods、Industrial Crops and Products和Food and Chemical Toxicology等食品行业内主流期刊;ISTP论文5篇;CSCD论文3篇;其他合著SCI论文20余篇,总影响因子超过60;发明专利授权7件,实用新型专利10余件。

◆我的团队

人员组成:本团队现有11名硕士研究生,4名本科生;

科研平台:除了学院公共仪器设备以外,本团队还独立拥有冻干机1台、超高速离心机1台、旋转蒸发仪1台、食品3D打印机1台、超纯水机1台、多糖纯化系统4套、控温摇床1台,培养箱1台、超净台、色差仪、核酸和蛋白电泳(印迹)设备等。
